How to use modbus RTU?

there is a device that needs to be sent 0x03,0x10 how can this be done? reception and transmission I made CRC also organized. But I still don’t understand how to receive and what to send. Can you post links for better understanding?

Modbus is essentially a protocol for accessing registers inside a piece of hardware.
Look for the manual for the device, what and in what registers you need to write there.
