How to use Microsoft Remote Assistant outside of local network via VPN?

There is a grid with a PC in the domain, they are all behind Mikrotik. There is access to this local network from the outside through l2tp.
The bottom line is that if you try to offer help to users while online through a VPN (msra.exe /offerRA NAME), then an error appears. Also, when connected via VPN, PCs are not pinged by name, but they are perfectly pinged by IP. My IP received from the VPN pool is also perfectly pinged from the local network.
When trying to offer help via I get the error "Make sure the following conditions are met
You have the correct permissions to work on the remote computer
The remote computer is turned on and connected to the network
The network is working properly

The problem was solved when I specified the address of the DC server in the properties of the vpn connection in dns. Now it remains to understand how to teach Mikrotik to issue the correct dns for vpn users.

Instead of a computer name, you can use its IP address - then all these dances are not required.
