How to use LUA scripts in Tarantool database?

I started to deal with Tarantool, I read an article on Habré: https://habrahabr.ru/post/254533/
One thing is not clear, after creating the init.lua script, where this script should be stored and where to run it from.

As far as I remember, when I tested - I put it next to the Tarantula config files .
On FreeBSD this is /usr/local/etc/tarantool.
On Linux, I don't know.
