How to use Lost Grid?

Hello. On the project, I use the Lost grid ( https://github.com/peterramsing/lost) in general, it always suited me, but then there was a need to layout a complex form, and there is no system like in bootstrap, for example, sm-col-12 md-col- 6. How to get out of the situation? Without switching to another grid.
