Well, the tool is not very popular - only 636 downloads from NPM in the last month. It has not been updated for a long time, but apparently continues to solve its task, so if you need it - use it.
Use. Not many, but used. It's just that the tool is very highly specialized, it does not make sense to apply it everywhere. I would not drag this tool to my site - two and a half link buttons, well, why is there such testing? Well, do not forget that when developing most (the overwhelming, unfortunately) sites, the words "interface testing", and even more so "automated" sound like something terrible, terrible and not giving profit here and now. So a lot of people get hit.
