How to use FORMAT_OPTIONS in SLD?

Hello.
I am writing SLD for a new layer that I created on my geoserver. Now faced such problem. ...&FORMAT_OPTIONS=param1:value1;param2:value2...In an HTTP request, an object is passed to the param1server param2apply. I searched a lot of Geoserver forums and did not find anything useful, except for examples of how to pass these parameters. Has anyone experienced this and knows how to resolve this issue?
PS: SLD has "env" function to access parameters of "env" object in HTTP request. Is there a similar one for FORMAT_OPTIONS?
