How to use form via macro in django + jinja?

Hello everybody. I made a small form in the form of a macro, added it to the page, it is displayed, but when sending data, an error 403 CSRF verification failed appears. Request aborted. But if you add the form directly, not through a macro, then everything works as it should. Tell me, please, what could be the problem.
