How to use environment variables from ConEmu?

Good afternoon. Please tell me how can I use conemu the way it is done in OpenServer.
I mean, set the necessary programs in path.txt and run git, node, and other things that are written in path.txt from conemu.
Maybe there is a way to configure conemu somehow?

Set variables globally in Windows.
Conemu is just a program
