How to use different cookies and proxies in the anonymizer depending on the session ID?

There is a need to make an anonymizer with access to 1 site.
The user enters an access key and the anonymizer will work with cookies and proxies that match this key.
Is it possible to do this? What is the best engine to use?
Googled Glype, but found nothing about such functionality.
