How to use custom ansible.cfg in ansible-playbook?

With what key can I register my ansible.cfg in ansible-playbook?
The idea should be something like ansible-playbook --config path/to/file

The following environment variables may be specified.
ANSIBLE_CONFIG - Override the default ansible config file
Many more are available for most options in ansible.cfg

as far as I remember, the config in the playbook folder overloads the ansible system config
