How to use Bitrix CLI and React?

Hello ladies and gentlemen! In general, there was such a question. Whether you know it or not, Bitrix now has its own collector (as I understand it). Its name is Bitrix CLI .

Its documentation is exhaustive (of course, this is Bitrix). There are no normal video tutorials, so I turn to you, maybe someone will tell you. How to attach React from node-modules here?

When assembling the application, every now and then I get errors like:
"process is undefined",
"NODE_ENV" is undefined

In general, something like that. Googled, danced with a tambourine and beat his forehead, but did not understand how to set these variables. In the usual case, the whole thing is put down by react-scripts, but here we have our own assembler and I don’t understand how to tie it here ...
