How to use a regular expression in notepad ++ to wrap links with a layerer?

There are many links in the document, diluted with different text. Links look like this: [url=link]link[/url].
You need to automatically wrap everything in a spoiler so that it turns out like this:
[spoiler ][url= link] link [/ url] [/ spoiler ]
