How to upload topics in intellij idea?

I downloaded an archive with themes for intelijj idea, it includes a syntax theme and a design theme.
I know how to put the theme of the syntax (you need to put the theme in the folder - .intellijIdea\config\colors).
How to make a theme?

Simply in File - ExportSettings, select jar with settings/theme, put down the necessary checkboxes and voila.
