How to upload photos to different wordpress folders?

In any cms, when uploading a photo, you can create the necessary folder (folder structure) and upload it there, but in wp there is none and I can’t find the right plugin in any way. Everything is loaded into one folder, but can you imagine if I have 10,000 images? Please help, can anyone solve this problem? Thanks in advance!

Well, in Wordpress, everything is loaded into the wp-uploads folder, in which everything is structurally divided into years / months - so, in fact, not in one folder.
And if you didn’t find plugins - well, in theory, you can pick the backend, add file uploads for yourself.
