How to upload image to server using NodeJS?

I was interested in how you can implement a thing
like "Dynamic header for the VKontakte group".
I learned that on the server side you can also make an image
using canvas and the "canvas" library for NodeJS
(if there are better solutions, please tell me).
Got the base64 code of the image.
But now the question arose, how to upload it to the VKontakte server (or any other)?
How to pass it to the request
using request or node-fetch?
