How to upload image in html in mail?

I put html in an email, but the pictures are not loading. I read a couple of ways on the Internet (throw it on a server, sid, mime), but I didn’t understand anything. What is the best way to upload pictures
so that email services do not hide the image?

Throw a picture on the server of your mail domain: for example, if the mail is [email protected], then put the picture in any directory of the domain.com domain and insert a link to it in the letter.
Normal clients will not block the picture, and some MS Outlook will block anyway, it even blocks the picture from the letters from MS.
