How to upload files to ESP8266 with MicroPython?

Unable to upload files with code to the board. They have excellent documentation on their website on how to work with it, which files are launched in what order and did not find a word on how to download these files.
All third-party sites are sent to work with ampy, but ampyclient (the main script) gives an error for every command, and Google is not at all aware of its existence. Otherwise, I don’t know how to explain 7 search results, some of which still don’t work.
