How to upload data from a table to a txt file using t-SQL?

There are options on the forums with Unload, sp_makewebtask - but these solutions were described a very long time ago, I think they are simply outdated and therefore do not work. Can someone suggest a working solution?
It is necessary that the contents of the table be saved to a text file using Hranimka.
