How to upload CISCO IOS to FTP?

Good afternoon,
Help to unload CISCO IOS on FTP.
I have FileZilla Server from which I update D-link phones.
When trying to unload the IOS using the copy flash:your-ios ftp://myuser:[email protected] command, it gives the error %Error opening ftp://user:[email protected]/c2800nm-advsecurityk... (Timed out)
What could be wrong?

First you need to set the ftp settings, and then upload:
(config)#ip ftp username ftp_user
(config)#ip ftp password ftp_password
and then copy flash: file.name ftp://1.1.1.1/file.name

cannot connect. try to ping, check that the service is available. Look in the ftp server logs for connection attempts.
