How to upload captured video to Google Drive using URL?

How do I upload a captured video from AVFoundation to Google Drive if I only have the URL? After shooting the video, it is in the files. The problem for me is that I don't know how to save it with url only. I have seen many posts on how to upload a file, but the answers are only for uploading photos. Thanks a lot!
