How to upload attachments from an Exchange mailbox using PowerShell?

On a certain day of the week, a letter arrives with an attachment.
The recipient's mailbox, sender's mailbox, subject, and attachment name are unchanged.
How can I upload an attachment to a specific folder using the Exchange Management Shell?

Use EWS .
It can also be implemented in PS EMS.

Yes, Akelsey is right. EWS will help. There are plenty of examples on the web.
Actually, I solved almost the same problem. Search by message subject, upload .xlsx file, move message to custom folder.
All on PoSh.
