How to upload and retweet messages from a private Twitter account?

Given: A
private Twitter account whose username/password I don't know. I can read the user's messages (since I'm "friends"), but all sorts of bots (tweet collectors) can't. The account was maintained for about 3 years, the number of tweets is approx. 3000.
How do I... :
1. Download all messages from a private account to your computer.
2. Make it so that messages from a year (two or three years) ago are posted on Twitter (from a new, specially created account) exactly on the date of their original tweet. Those. if the original tweet was published on May 25, 2011 at 2:44 pm, then it should be republished on May 25, 2014 at 2:44 pm.
