How this animated jpg file was loaded and VK accepts it as a picture, and not as a gif. Which at the same time can be safely saved to the album.

Then this is not jpg , this is apng - an extended png file .
I don’t know how to add it to the album, I uploaded it to Documents and inserted it into a comment from there.
I do not think that formats other than jpg are possible in albums .
