How to upload all products in YML in UMI CMS?

Hello!
You need to unload all products from Umi to transfer to another platform. It would be most convenient to upload to YML, since it is standardized. Customizing CSV to the structure I need is labor-intensive.
But not all are unloaded in YML - as I understand it, the fact is that many products have a zero quantity.
Hence the question - how can I either massively increase the quantity of all products (I did not find the quantity either in the database or in the admin panel) or how can I unload all the products in YML, despite their quantity.
I see UMI for the first time in my life, maybe I don’t notice something obvious.

UPD if you still have to mess with CSV - why are categories not uploaded to it ?? All that is there is some kind of "id of the parent page". What should I do with it?
UPD2 What's wrong with the database? What a bunch of small! Slowly but surely starting to hate umi..

According to YML, everything is in the official documentation . To export goods to Yandex.Market, you need to ... .
If you correctly formulate the task and make efforts in the right place, you won’t have to mess around with CSV.
Everything is fine with the base, this is an ORM implemented on the Entity-Attribute-Value pattern , I do not recommend working with it directly, it is better through the API .
