How to upload a .wpress file to github?

I made a site for wordpress.
Exported using WP-All-In-One Migration plugin
Now need to upload to Github
HOW????

That's it, I figured it out.
It just didn't want to commit the file. I
put the file in an empty folder . I ran
the commit commands and everything worked out :)

What exactly is the problem of uploading files on github?
There are console commands for uploading to github, there is a GUI.
If you are comfortable working with the GUI, then:
