How to upload a repository to github?

Hello everyone. I need to upload the project (I created it in pycharm) to github and make a commit with the signature . Please write in commands. I've read about it in a GIT book. But I've never done it myself. If it's not difficult to write, please, in commands, so that I can figure it out with an example. Thank you

First of all, make sure you really need the signed commit. :)
