How to upload a project on the RAMAZE framework to Heroku?

There is a written project on the Ramaze framework that was developed on a local machine. The framework is not very popular, so there is a problem. How to deploy a project to Heroku "hosting"? Please tell me if there are any instructions and where to find them. Thank you!
