How to upload a game on IOS and sell game items?

The game is posted on the Google Play Market, sales of game items are also set up there through the In-App Purchasing module, now it's time to put it on IOS and, accordingly, set up the sale of game items there.

Here I ran into "some problems", I look at the instructions and I don't understand, let's start from here - https://docs.unity3d.com/Manual/UnityIAPAppleConfi...
let's start from the second point

Add a new App ID to create a fundamental app entity with Apple.

There on the screen it is shown where to click to add, but I have such a picture

. I will not find the creation of an id there, only download some tools for developers, etc.
That's how I would have stalled at the very beginning, explain where to press, what to do?
(maybe somewhere there is a better instruction, a sort of "for dummies")

UPD ...
here I was digging through the search and came across an article that describes the following
What you'll need:
Apple developer account ($99/year) A
working Xcode project (you'll need a physical macOS computer, depends on configuration, but from about $30,000 for a very basic used mac mini, or cloud copy, from $20 per month)

Seriously? in order to put the game under IOS you need to have a poppy and pay $99 a year?
Yes, and what a working project on Xcode, everything is already written on Unity ...
Firstly, I read somewhere that $ 100 for opening an account and not per year, but what else you need to have a poppy (or a cloud copy of $ 20 per month), even some kind of nonsense ...
If everything is exactly like that, then well, this IOS ....

@Zefirot

Yes, that's exactly how it is. A developer account is needed, as in GooglePlay, by the way. And yes, in Apple it costs $ 100 and must be renewed every year
