There is a file - an archive of 20 gigs, lies on a shared hosting. How to upload it to the selectel.ru cloud without downloading it to a local machine. It is also possible to pick up a file via http from the selectel side, but I did not find such a function. Only a button - download the archive from the local machine.

Launch the virtual machine on digitalocean, download your file from the shared to it, then upload it to the selectel supload, beat the virtual machine. Only the cloud selector seems to have a file size limit of 5 gigabytes, at least it used to be, check it out.
