How to upload a file to Linux server via ssh?

I have a linux server that I can ssh
into using either total commander or filezilla to log in.
I need to upload a Sqlite database file to the server (database.db)
When I try to upload the file, I get an error in both Total Commander and Filezilla
Folder The file I want to upload the file to has full read and write permissions
How can I upload the file?

The file may be locked, check if you can copy it locally, for example, if not, you need to stop all processes. that it is being used.
