Actually, there is a site group-pmt.ru implemented on a self-written framework. The essence of the problem is in the lag scroll on the family of super browsers IE 11, 10, EDGE.
It scrolls jerkily, which by itself spoils the impression of viewing the site, what solutions can you offer?

Try to stop the video when the current scroll is not zero. It's still in the background, and you don't need to play it for nothing when it's cut in half.
