How to update the kernel to 5.10 on Astra Linux Smolensk 1.6?

Colleagues, good time!
Evil fate forced me to face Astra Linux Smolensk 1.6. In good faith - for nothing!
But now I had to ...
Now the task is to update the kernel of the Smolensk 1.6 system to 5.10.
Everything seems to be simple and clear. On Linux. But not in Astre.
As a manual, I used https://wiki.astralinux.ru/pages/viewpage.action?p...
With grief, I deployed the virtulka on KVM in half, did all the steps to "Installing the linux-5.10 kernel"
And then ... Well, there is no such kernel versions!
Has anyone come across this ambush?
We need a 'hard' kernel 5.x for Astra Linux Smolensk with all the stupid bells and whistles and approved by our guardians of cheburnet security.

@HighMan

Everything is very simple
1. download update #9
2. install it according to the instructions (either use the installation utility or mount the repository and run sudo apt update && sudo apt dist-upgrade);
3. then write the command sudo apt install linux-5.10
