How to update scroll position of div element after reload in firefox?

There is a DIV with a vertical scroll. If you move it down, then after reloading the page in Firefox, it does not return to the zero position (unlike Chrome, Opera). For the sake of experiment, I added the autocomplete="off" attribute. This helps, but https://validator.w3.org/ considers it a bug. Is there any other way to fix this Firefox misunderstanding?
