How to update openssl on centos?
Gentlemen, how to update openssl to the current version, or at least newer than it is. The bottom line is that I update, for example, as described here , I check the openssl version, everything is fine, new, but in phpinfo the old OpenSSL 1.0.1e-fips 11 Feb 2013 .... rebooted the server. php 7.3 in the configuration file /opt/php73/etc/php.ini there is nothing about openssl, just as there are no specific domains in php.ini. What's the catch? Where is the path to the old version?

You need to compile PHP with the new openssl or find a ready package.
