How to update OpenSSH to latest version in ubuntu 20.04?
There is OpenSSH 8.2. It has vulnerabilities and it was decided to upgrade to the latest version. How to update it to the latest version?
All good and positive :-)

There are no vulnerabilities in it: distributions fix (backport) them in the current version without updating the software to a newer one. All distributions with long-term support do this.
If you want to update the version, you will have to compile it yourself.
Who exposes SSH to the entire Internet these days? Sooner or later they will find a vulnerability in a version that your OS does not support - what will you do? :)
