How to update Nginx if nothing helps?

Hello, I can’t update Nginx on Centos 7 with ispmng 5 panel, I wanted to make TLS 1.3 on the site, but for this you need to update openssl and nginx. Entered any possible paths in nginx.repo, after the command "yum install (or update) nginx" writes:
"
Loaded plugins: fastestmirror
Loading mirror speeds from cached hostfile
* base: mirror.ratiokontakt.de
* epel: mirror.wiuwiu.de
* extras: mirror.checkdomain.de
* ispsystem-base: de.download.ispsystem.com
* updates: mirror.checkdomain.de
* webtatic: uk.repo.webtatic.com
Package 2:nginx-1.14.1-1.el7_4. ngx.x86_64 already installed and latest version
Nothing to do
"
I also tried this command "rpm -ivhhttp://nginx.org/packages/mainline/centos/7/SRPMS/... - gives an error "warning: user builder does not exist - using root"
As a result, I downloaded the file myself and uploaded it to the server, but how to update or install is not clear.
Has anyone experienced this and can advise?

You need to find and connect the repository, where there is nginx of the version you need with the necessary modules. Here are the details about working with external repositories: https://wiki.centos.org/AdditionalResources/Reposi...
It's worth reading the documentation, and not going by the poke method and entering the first commands that come across, or writing something to the configs from the bullshit, not knowing what will happen.
