How to update MySQL itself in isp manager?

Please tell me how to upgrade MySQL to 5.4 minimum in isp manager. I can not figure it out in any way ... where to prescribe commands?

Write commands via SSH, if a question arises, then you are on Windows. Install Putty and connect through it using SSH access. You will see a terminal, follow the instructions.
