How to update Intel ME on already unsupported motherboards?

I have an asrock h87 pro 4 board, I checked it with the Intel-SA-00086 Detection Tool .
Received the message "this system is vulnerable".
Is there a way to update the Intel ME module in UEFI if the manufacturer's support has already ended?
