How to update access token correctly?

I'm trying to figure out the AmoCRM API. Interested in how to properly store / use / update access and refresh tokens. For example, an access token is issued for 24 hours. How to update it correctly so as not to request access again? Store all tokens in a DB and use CRON to refresh the token every 23 hours, for example? Or do I think it's completely wrong? Maybe there is some material on this topic?
