How to unsync editor (sublime text) with Gist?

Wrote the code - directly through the editor (sublime text) uploaded it to Gist. Further, each time you save changes in the editor, the code uploaded to gist also changes. Is it possible to cancel the synchronization so that the code can be saved to the gist only once and then when editing in sublime it does not change?
