How to unpack rar on shared hosting without rar extension installed?

There is a site on a virtual hosting. php 7.1
This extension is unfortunately not installed.

Are there any pure php libraries that you can put on your own on a shared hosting to unpack rar?

Through exec, unpack rar (unrar) vepraiinr on the server it costs (in the sense of a linux package)

There is usually a rar in the console, at the very least repack it into gzip on another machine
