How to unlock items in apk app?

There is a Juggernaut Wars game. There is APK + cache. At the beginning of the game there is a tutorial and you can only click where you are allowed. Game settings won't open. What tools can be used to edit the game and remove the restriction? In which direction to dig, there are a lot of files, but I have never come across applications for android.

No one will give you universal advice - because there is no universal tutorial.
With 90% probability, you need to edit something in the code. Possibly in config. Unpack the game (these are archives) and study each file.
