drag the photo to an empty place where there are tabs, the photo will open in a new tab and the right button will become active

ctrl+shift+c (inspector), click on the picture, then do whatever you want with it.
In very difficult cases (when pictures do not open in a separate tab, for example), you can go to Resources -> Frames -> something (page name) -> Images and find this picture there.
