I got a Huawei Ascend G700 locked to a specific operator. Of course, sometimes you have to travel abroad, and for this reason you need the ability to use "foreign" SIM cards. As far as I understand, the ability to unlock is quite official and is done through the manufacturer's online services, like such a bootloader unlock service.
In the Internet, in my opinion, it is unrealistic to find real information on this problem. There are only hundreds of individual entrepreneurs who provide this service with a "prepaid + wait until 36 hours" clause (i.e. they clearly use the official online service).
Maybe someone. can / wants to answer why even on thematic forums this question is diligently bypassed and immediately sent to such "sellers of codes"? Or maybe someone can give the right link and talk about the unlock algorithm?
