How to unload properties from a site on Bitrix in 1C?

Hello. There is a site on Bitrix, I made an exchange with 1C, the goods were loaded, properties, prices, everything is ok. Now it became necessary to upload some properties from the site to 1C. Is it possible to do this through the exchange module in 1C, or if so, how? In general, what are the ways to solve this problem?

A typical module will not take off. It loads the nomenclature and all related information from the site (all together, not separately), and it writes the properties themselves into the additional information of the nomenclature, and not into the properties of the nomenclature.
And a typical module with such a procedure eats memory like crazy, it took 19Gb RAM to upload 45k SKUs.
So either the module is being finalized, or custom unloading.
