How to uninstall apache2?

VestaCP is not installed, it swears that apache2 is already installed.
Stopped and removed apache2 then did
aptitude purge ~apache2

No packages will be installed, upgraded, or removed.
0 packages upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 0 not upgraded.
Need to get 0 B of archives. After unpacking 0 B will be used.
Those. it seems like everything is deleted, but VestaCP says the same thing and does not get up. What to do? Try to find what you don't like or consider Apache as remote and do
vst-install-debian.sh --force
