How to uninstall and install mysql normally on Mac os?

I’ve been worrying about installing mysql for a day now, I seem to have installed it, but I can’t connect to the database, but I can’t delete it either)
I tried this guide, I immediately got on the first point, because I need to delete the line, but I already have an empty file .And in the mysql menu, the stop button doesn't work.

Use homebrew or install docker, docker is preferable
