How to undo the first and only commit in Git Extensions and return to the original state?

After creating the repository, I clicked on edit .gitignore and entered 3 folders there that I was not interested in, then I pressed commit and I was left with the unfortunate selected folders + a few more that became empty, and the rest of the folders were deleted, how to roll back? I develop on Yii.
