How to undo and delete all committed changes?

Hello! Can you please tell me how can I undo all the changes that have been committed. Bottom line: I changed some files on Unity and added them to the project, and when I synchronized, fixed, and then tried to send, it gave an error due to the fact that one of the files weighs too much. I tried to cancel through "View history" and right-click, and then "Cancel", but they were not removed from the fixed ones and as a result I now have 12 of them there. Help me please.

You need to use reset, not revert
