How to understand versions of Visual C++ packages for Visual Studio?

Can you please tell me if it is necessary for games to have Visual C++ packages for Visual Studio of all years installed?

Or, for example, will the latest Visual C++ package for Visual Studio replace all the previous ones?

With the distribution kit of the game there is always (or almost always) the distribution kit vcredist.exe. If the game does not start with a complaint about the lack of dll, then install this vcredist and play. Different versions do not interfere with each other and you can put them in any order (if necessary).
